The age requirements for participating in a Spartan Race vary based on the race category. For the Spartan Kids Race, children aged 4 to 13 are eligible to join, with different race distances catering to different age groups. The Junior Varsity category, open to ages 14 to 17, involves a shorter race distance than the adult races. As for the adult races, participants must be at least 18 years old to compete in the Sprint, Super, and Beast races. The Ultra and the Agoge races have a minimum age requirement of 18 as well.
