SonyStyle.com offers a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. The items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. However, certain products have specific return requirements and may have a shorter return window or be non-returnable. These products include personalized or customized items, digital content, and opened software. To initiate a return, you can contact our customer support or access the online return center. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
