What is the return policy?

SonyStyle.com offers a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery. The items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. However, certain products have specific return requirements and may have a shorter return window or be non-returnable. These products include personalized or customized items, digital content, and opened software. To initiate a return, you can contact our customer support or access the online return center. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
