What is your return policy for prescription eyewear?

Our return policy for prescription eyewear allows customers to return their purchase within 100 days from the date of delivery. This applies to both eyeglasses and sunglasses. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all the included accessories. We understand that purchasing prescription eyewear online can be challenging, as fitting and style preferences may vary. Therefore, we offer a worry-free 100-day return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, and prescription lenses are not refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
