Our refund policy at SmartBuyGlasses.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100-day product return or exchange policy. This means that within 100 days of receiving your order, you can return the item for a refund or exchange it for a different product. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. We also offer a 2-year warranty on all our eyewear products, which covers any manufacturing defects. In case you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will happily replace it free of charge.
