Our return policy at Simplysoles.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund or store credit. The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, simply log into your account, locate the order, and follow the easy steps provided. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or issue store credit within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. For more detailed information, please refer to our dedicated "Return Policy" page on our website.
