Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Simplysoles.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your item. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team by email or phone, and they will provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
