What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Seriouselements.com allows customers to return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will gladly assist you. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale or clearance items unless they are defective.
