The residential electricity rates offered by Seattle City Light depend on the amount of electricity consumed. For the first 350 kilowatt-hours (kWh) used in a month, the rate is 10.597 cents per kWh. Once the usage surpasses 350 kWh, the subsequent 500 kWh are charged at a rate of 11.596 cents per kWh. Usage above 850 kWh is billed at 13.956 cents per kWh. On average, the residential electricity rate for Seattle City Light customers is around 11.98 cents per kWh.
