What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Sauder Furniture allows customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placement, without incurring any cancellation fees. However, if the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window, customers may be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value. This fee covers restocking and administrative costs. To cancel an order, customers should contact our customer service team via phone or email with their order number and cancellation request. We strive to process all cancellation requests promptly and provide refunds accordingly. Customers should note that custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
