We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, therefore, our return policy is hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from RugsUSA.com, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. All returned rugs must be in their original condition, unused, and include all packaging materials. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the steps and provide you with a return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees. Please note that personalized or clearance items are not eligible for return, and our return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
