What happens if I run out of data or minutes on my Rogers Prepaid plan?

Asked a year ago
If you run out of data or minutes on your Rogers Prepaid plan, you will experience a temporary suspension of those services until you recharge or purchase a data or voice add-on. During this period, you will not be able to make or receive calls, send or receive text messages, or use data services until you have sufficient balance or add-ons. However, emergency services will still be available to dial. To avoid any disruptions, it's recommended to monitor your usage regularly and either refill your balance or purchase add-ons when needed. You can conveniently add funds or add-ons through the MyRogers app, online account management, or by visiting a participating retailer.
