What is the cancellation policy for Riverside Moving Stars?

The cancellation policy for Riverside Moving Stars is designed to provide flexibility to our customers. If you need to cancel your move, we kindly request that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled move date. This allows us enough time to adjust our schedule accordingly. If you cancel within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may be applicable. However, we understand that emergencies can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any last-minute cancellations. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible. Our goal is to provide exceptional service, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
