Moving Stars Long Beach has a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our customers' needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us enough time to fill the slot with another booking and helps us maintain our efficiency. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled move, a cancellation fee may be applicable. The cancellation fee will depend on factors such as the size of the move and the distance involved. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with our customers to find a fair resolution.
