What is the Rite Aid return policy for non-prescription items?

Asked a year ago
Rite Aid's return policy for non-prescription items allows customers to return these items within 30 days of purchase. The products must be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. Rite Aid offers a full refund to customers in the original payment method, with the exception of gift cards, which will be refunded in-store credit. If customers do not have a receipt, Rite Aid may still offer a refund or store credit, but the refund amount will be based on the lowest selling price of the item. Additionally, certain items such as opened electronics, food, and personal care products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. It is recommended to bring the item, receipt, and identification when returning non-prescription items at Rite Aid.
