Our return policy at Puzzlezoo.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We kindly request that you provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt. Returns can be made either in-store or by mail. For mail returns, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and further instructions. Please note that certain items, such as open games and puzzles, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. We strive to process all returns promptly and offer refunds in the original form of payment or store credit.
