What items are not eligible for delivery?

Asked 6 months ago
At Pronto Envios, there are certain items that are not eligible for delivery. These include perishable goods, such as food items that require refrigeration or have a short shelf life. Additionally, hazardous materials, such as flammable, explosive, or toxic substances, cannot be transported for safety reasons. Live animals, including pets or livestock, are also not eligible for delivery. Moreover, valuable and fragile items, such as artwork, antiques, or glassware, may not be eligible due to the risk of damage. Lastly, illegal substances, weapons, and contraband are strictly prohibited from delivery. It is important to review our guidelines to ensure compliance and the safe and efficient transportation of your items.
