Our return policy for stone products at Premier Granite & Stone is as follows: We understand that occasionally, customers may need to return or exchange their stone products. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your stone product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange. However, please note that custom orders or special orders are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are specifically designed to meet your unique requirements. Additionally, installation and shipping fees are non-refundable. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure your satisfaction with our stone products.
