If you can't remember the details you set up for your PlayStation account, such as your date of birth, you'll need to contact PlayStation Support. They are equipped to help you retrieve or reset your information securely. If you just need to reset your password, you can try doing so from the sign-in page. Click on "Trouble Signing In?" and then "Reset your password". You'll need access to the email address associated with your PlayStation account as they'll send you an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.
