What is your return/exchange policy?

Our return/exchange policy allows customers to return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return or exchange, customers can contact our customer service team via phone or email, providing the order number and reason for the return/exchange. Once approved, customers will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Once we receive the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed promptly. Please note that certain items, such as customized products or clearance items, may be subject to different return/exchange policies.
