Pegasus Airlines is dedicated to ensuring comfortable and accessible travel for passengers with disabilities. We offer a range of services to accommodate their needs. Passengers with mobility impairments can request wheelchair assistance, and our dedicated staff will assist them throughout their journey, from check-in to boarding and disembarking. We also provide priority boarding and pre-boarding facilities. For visually impaired passengers, we allow guide dogs and offer a helping hand to navigate the airport. Additionally, we have specially designed lavatories on board and make every effort to accommodate passengers with hearing impairments. It is important to inform us about any specific requirements at least 48 hours before the flight. Our aim is to provide an inclusive travel experience for all passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey.
