Our return policy at Parkseed.com allows customers to return any unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and guide you through the process. Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund. We strive to process refunds within 10 business days from the time we receive the returned items. However, please allow for additional time during peak seasons.
