Our refund policy at Painfulpleasures.com ensures customer satisfaction and aims to address any issues that may arise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. However, some items such as body jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. In case of receiving a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
