Yes, Oregon Garden Art offers refunds and returns to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or return within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate the process, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the return or refund request. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) if applicable. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund or offer a replacement, whichever is preferred. However, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
