Thus, we offer a hassle-free return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your hitch purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The hitch must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. Simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the easy return process. Once we receive the hitch and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
