How can I request a meter reading?

You can request a meter reading by contacting our customer service team. They will be able to assist you in arranging for someone to come out and read your meter, or provide instructions for submitting a self-meter reading. Meter readings can also be submitted online or through our mobile app for convenience. Just reach out to our customer service team and they will guide you through the process to ensure an accurate reading of your water usage.
