NCSoft users can update their NC account information by changing their account name and email address. Users can take a few simple steps to change their email addresses. Users can change or update their account information once every 90-days.
Log-in to your NCSoft Account
Log-in to your NCSoft account and navigate to the account management page. Select the change link next to your email address in the account profile section. Enter your new email address twice for confirmation and enter your password and select "continue." Make sure that your email address is typed correctly. Also, keep in mind that you can't use the same email address for more than one account.
Look for a Verification Email
Check your email for verification of the update of your email address. Click on the verification link to confirm the update of your email address. Once you click on the verification address your NC account has been updated.
Log In to Your NCSoft Account
Log into your NC account with your new email and password to confirm that your changes were updated. If you are unable to log in you may want to repeat the process. This may require you to use your old email and password to log into your NC account. Navigate to the page that allows you to change your email. Follow the steps to change your email and enter it twice. Enter your password and press continue. After you have confirmed your updated email a verification email will be generated. Log into your email and look for the verification email. Click on the verification link to officially update your email. You will then be prompted to log into your NCSoft account with your updated email and password.
