Yes, it is possible to cancel or change an order after it has been placed on MySpaShop.com/shopping. However, we strongly advise you to contact our customer service as soon as possible to ensure that your request can be accommodated. In the case of cancellation, if your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will make every effort to cancel it and provide a refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items following our return policy. For order changes, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but it will depend on the status of your order and availability of the desired changes. Hence, it is recommended to promptly reach out to our customer service to discuss your order amendment.
