Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order on Moxsie as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. To cancel your order, simply go to your account page and find the order you wish to cancel. Click on the cancel button next to the order, and you will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. However, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you can return the item(s) for a refund based on Moxsie's return policy. Please note that Moxsie reserves the right to cancel any order if necessary and will promptly notify you in such cases.
