What is your return policy?

ModCloth has a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. We offer a hassle-free return process by providing a pre-paid shipping label for orders within the US. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that items must be in their original condition with tags attached for a full refund. If the item is received in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In case of damaged or defective items, reach out to our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. Gift cards, final sale items, or any personalized or intimate goods cannot be returned.
