Yes, you can cancel your order after it has been placed. However, we can only process cancellations if the order has not been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. They will assist you in cancelling the order and issuing a refund if applicable. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still return the items for a refund following our return policy. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request within the given timeframe.
