What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Midnightvelvet.com allows you to return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For the convenience of our customers, returns can be made either through mail or at any of our physical store locations. If returning by mail, a prepaid return label is provided, and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that certain items such as personalized or intimate apparel, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable.
