Our policy for returns and refunds at Miami Printing is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your printed materials, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution, whether that involves reprinting the order or issuing a refund. However, please note that we may ask for proof of the issue, such as photographs or samples, before approving a return or refund. Additionally, refunds may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the circumstances. Our goal is to resolve any concerns promptly and provide you with high-quality printed products that meet your expectations.
