What is the difference between Medigap360 and Original Medicare?

Asked 7 months ago
The main difference between Medigap360 and Original Medicare lies in the coverage they provide. Original Medicare comprises Part A, which covers hospital expenses, and Part B, which covers medical services and supplies. However, it does not cover all healthcare costs, leaving individuals with out-of-pocket expenses. Medigap360, on the other hand, is a supplemental insurance plan that can be purchased to fill in the gaps left by Original Medicare. Medigap360 helps pay for deductibles, copayments, and coinsurances that are not covered by Original Medicare. It provides additional financial protection and peace of mind by limiting the amount individuals need to pay for healthcare services. While Original Medicare is offered by the federal government, Medigap360 is provided by private insurance companies and must be bought separately to complement Original Medicare coverage.
