What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy at Massage Envy allows members and guests to cancel or reschedule appointments without any charge if done within a specific time frame. To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly request a 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment. However, if a cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee will be applied. This fee ensures that our therapists are compensated for their time. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible. Additionally, members have the convenience of utilizing the Massage Envy mobile app or website to manage their appointments and make changes easily.
