What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Marymaxim.com allows customers to return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team either by phone or email with their order number and reason for return. A return authorization will be issued, and the item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 10 business days.
