what is smartgpseco plugin and how do I install it

SmartGPSEco plugin allows your Magellan GPS device to communicate with SmartGPSEco.com. It helps in updating maps, adding new destinations, and keeping your device firmware up to date. To install it, go to SmartGPSEco.com and create an account or sign in to your existing one. Then, select the "Install the Plugin" button. An agreement form will pop up. After reading, click on 'Accept' to begin the download. Once downloaded, locate the file on your computer and run it. Follow the on-screen instructions for installation. After a successful installation, restart your PC and sign back into the SmartGPSEco website. Connect your Magellan device to your computer, and it should be recognized by the site.

My roadmate 9020 will not boot after map upgrade

I would like to know how to change time on triton 1500

To change the time on your Triton 1500, go to the 'Settings' menu and select 'Time'. You should see options to change the time format (12 hours vs 24 hours), to set the date, and the time. After changing the settings, make sure to save your changes. You can then exit back to the main screen and should see your changes reflected. Make sure your device has accurate positioning data (GPS signal), as this can affect the time settings.

Magellan trx7 explorist wont charge. Brand new right out of the box

If your brand new Magellan TRX7 Explorist is not charging, the issue could be with the charging cable, the adapter, or the device itself. Please ensure you are using the supplied Magellan charger and cable as other chargers may not provide sufficient power. Also, make sure the charging ports on both the device and the charger are clean and free of debris. If these steps don't fix the issue, consider trying another power outlet.
