What is your return policy?

Love Culture has a customer-friendly return policy for online and in-store purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. However, some exclusions apply, such as final sale items, swimwear, underwear, and accessories, which are non-refundable. For returns, items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached. If you choose to return your online purchase in-store, you must provide the original order confirmation email or packing slip. For online returns, a prepaid return label is provided, and a shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a Love Culture error.
