What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Lovely Wholesale is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item. However, please note that certain items such as swimwear, lingerie, accessories, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Simply contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number, and they will guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect and process the refund or store credit accordingly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
