Our return policy at Lighting Direct is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Any used or damaged items are not eligible for return. Additionally, customized or special-order products may not be eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team with your order details. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the return procedure. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.
