Our return policy for lighting fixtures at Lighting Center is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the lighting fixture within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and it should not have been installed or used. A restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount if the item is not returned in its original condition. We recommend retaining the original packaging until you are certain about keeping the item. Please note that certain exclusions apply, such as customized or special order products, which are not eligible for return.
