Retrieve Your Parental Lock Code
- Go to www.leapfrog.com and sign into your account, please be aware you'll need to sign in with the email address used to set up the LeapFrog device.
- Once signed in, you'll see your account dashboard. Click on Account Information. Here, you'll be able to view all devices connected to this account. The Parental Lock Code information will be underneath an orange edit button.

Typing the following sequence will allow you to bypass the code prompt by opening the Parent Settings. 1 9 6 (Backspace) 8 7
Then, you'll be able to change the Parent Lock Code for LeapTV.
