Leap Wireless's return and refund policy offers customers various options. For device returns within 7 days of purchase or activation, a full refund is available, given that the device is undamaged, includes all original packaging, and a proof of purchase is provided. Beyond this timeframe, a 15% restocking fee may apply. For accessories, customers may return them within 30 days with the original packaging and proof of purchase to receive a full refund. Leap Wireless also provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for service plans, allowing customers to cancel their contract within this period and receive a full refund of charges paid. However, if the device or plan was obtained from an authorized retailer, their return and refund policies may differ, and customers should refer to the retailer's terms and conditions.
