How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order on Lapalace.com, simply log into your account and go to your order history. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the cancel button. If the cancel button is not available, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. Please note that orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and you will need to initiate a return process instead.
