Our return policy at Lalicious.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused and in its original packaging for a full refund. We kindly ask customers to include the original invoice or proof of purchase when returning an item. Please note that any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
