Our return policy at Khoalty LLC is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in original condition and accompanied by the original packaging. To initiate a return, customers are required to contact our customer service team and provide the order number and reason for the return. Once the return is approved, customers can either opt for a refund or store credit. Refunds are issued through the original payment method, while store credits can be used towards future purchases. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. We strive to process returns promptly and aim to provide a hassle-free experience for all our valued customers.
