At Khoalty LLC, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. We offer both domestic and international shipping options. For domestic shipments within the United States, we use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your package. International shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance procedures. Please note that any additional customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In case of any issues or questions regarding your shipment, our customer support team is readily available to assist you.
