What is Kelty's return policy?

Kelty's return policy allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging for a successful return. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required. Kelty offers free return shipping for manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was sent. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns can be initiated by contacting Kelty's customer service team, who will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received. However, please note that Kelty does not offer returns or refunds on sale or clearance items.
