What is the return policy?

Our return policy at JoyJewelers.com allows customers to return any item purchased within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit, and we want to ensure customer satisfaction. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged in its original box. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team, who will provide a return authorization number and instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
