Our return policy at Jewelbasket.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date. However, certain items, such as personalized or engraved jewelry, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Please make sure to return the item in its original packaging and include all accessories. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition and issue a refund within 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
