We highly recommend checking the product's manual or the label for the manufacturer's contact details, because it's most likely who produced the blender. If you placed an order at Jamba Juice but never picked it up, the order would usually be discarded after a certain time period as the quality might deteriorate. Payment would typically still be processed because the order was made and prepared. Always try to pick up your order as soon as possible or contact the store if you know you won't be able to make it.
